  1. Please fill out the search fields or click on “Booking” in the top menu.
  2. Select your preferred transfer, one way or return, and choose your Pick-Up and Drop-Off location. Make sure to enter arrival and departure times, including your flight number and also enter your pick-up time. Let us know how many are travelling in your group. Please make sure to inform us about kids and infants. We allow a total of two passengers for Micro, E-Class and S-Class transfers, 8 passengers for Standard and 6 passengers for Deluxe transfer services.
  3. Click the “Choose a vehicle” button
  4. Now you get to select your preferred vehicle type (i.e. Micro, Standard, Deluxe, Premier, Luxury etc.) Also you have the option to book Extra Option.
  5. Click the “Enter Contact Details” button
  6. Now enter your personal contact details. The mobile number is really useful should we need to get in touch with you once your journey has begun or during your stay. All your information will be treated with absolute discretion and will not be shared with any third parties.
  7. To enable a swift door to door transfer please provide us with the name and address of your hotel, the exact flight details and use the comments field to share any special needs or wishes with us.
  8. Click the “Booking summary” button
  9. On the summary page check the details listed and make alterations if needed. Then accept the terms and conditions. Click the “pay now online” button for paying online with credit card or bank transfer.
    Once you’ve finished the standard online payment process you will receive a confirmation email

If the route you want isn't available for online booking, ask our administration team to see if we could service the route you are looking for booking@siamlimousine.com

In order to achieve this you will need to make separate one way bookings to cover your full route. You can also send us an email and we will send you the confirmation and invoice.

Siam Limousine offers all relevant options of online payment integration. You can pay with credit cards or a bank transfer, whichever you prefer. In any case, payment must be received prior to arrival.

We offer a standard online payment option through our service provider. Unfortunately Siam Limousine is not able to provide assistance concerning any payment issues you may be experiencing. If the problem remains, just send us an email and we will arrange for you to receive an invoice, which you can pay prior to your arrival.

You will need to book two separate one-way transfers or you can also send us an email with the requested route to booking@siamlimousine.com.

Please contact us to ask for additional stops or other non standard requests at booking@siamlimousine.com.

We recommend providing the details of the person arriving last. This will ensure the entire party is ready for transfer upon our arrival.

We will check if this is possible. In most cases it is. Please complete your standard booking and contact us at booking@siamlimousine.com with your special request.

Select the option for the one way transfer. Just add in the Pick-Up and Drop-Off details. Once you’ve completed the booking process you will receive your transfer confirmation with your confirmation email. Your precise pick-up time is listed on your confirmation.

Of course. Simply book a standard one way transfer. Please put a note in the special request box stating you will not be taking a flight but just need to be transferred to the airport.

There is no need to reconfirm your transfer. We’ll be expecting you according to your flight plan. Should there be any changes to your schedule, please notify us as soon as possible.

Upon completion of your booking process, Siam Limousine will issue your travel confirmation by email. Your confirmation contains all relevant transfer information.

Upon completion of your booking process you will receive a confirmation email with your transfer confirmation, containing all your relevant transfer information.
Should you not receive such an email with your transfer confirmation, please contact us at booking@siamlimousine.com.

There is no need to check or re-confirm your booking once you’ve received your confirmation.

You don’t have to give us a paper version of the confirmation. Showing a digital copy on your smartphone or tablet and your ID are enough.

Recognized as a Baby are children until the age of 3 in Thailand . Counted as kids are children from 4 to 11 years.

It’s imperative that you fully inform us of all travelling children and their ages. Please provide this information in the comments section. Baby seats can be provided with supplement charge. This service needs to be requested. Please therefore contact our team at booking@siamlimousine.com.

The transfer of large sports equipment, such as golf bags, surf boards, bicycles and similar are considered as excess luggage and may require the choice of a different vehicle and possible surcharges. Please contact us at booking@siamlimousine.com before booking, so we can recommend the suitable vehicle type.

We do our utmost to cater to any special requirements you may have. Our drivers are not able to help passengers with special requirements. For such assistance please book our Airport Guide Assistance. If you need to bring a fold-down wheel chair on any of our transfers please contact us prior to booking so we can recommend the suitable vehicle type.

The standard luggage included is one piece of hand luggage and one small suitcase/holdall per person and should not exceed 70cm x 40cm x 20cm.

Should you plan on bringing more luggage, large sports equipment, pushchairs or fold-down wheelchairs, please book a vehicle big enough to ensure you and your belongings can all travel in comfort and safety. If you bring large suitcases or other excess luggage (including pushchairs and/or wheelchairs) without notice that cannot fit inside the vehicle, you may be asked to pay for a second vehicle on arrival.

If you require exact information regarding your transfer route please contact our service team at booking@siamlimousine.com. Should you want to know how long before your return flight you will need to leave in order to get to the airport on time, don’t worry. On your travel confirmation we have determined a pick-up time that will allow for transfer and enough time at the airport for your convenience.

We endeavour to operate a door to door service. This however is not always possible as access may be restricted due to pedestrian zones, construction sites or temporary road closures. Where these restrictions apply we will drop you off and pick you up from the nearest accessible point.

Once you have landed you must report to your airport guide or driver within one hour. You will be expected at the airport according to the information you provided and our vehicle will be waiting for you. If you have any trouble locating the airport guide or your driver please call the local emergency telephone number +66 836 366 116.

Please inform us of any changes to your travel arrangements. You can contact us by email booking@siamlimousine.com or by phone (+66 76 390 699). For any changes to your transfer booking you will receive a new transfer confirmation. Should you not be able to receive email during your stay we can send the transfer confirmation to your hotel fax, if you provide the fax number. Please bare in mind our offices are closed on the weekend. If you need to reach us for any reason outside of office hours please use the emergency phone number (+66 836 366 116).

As long as the amount of passengers remains the same you do not need to contact us.

Whenever possible, we will monitor your flight arrival times for delays. If possible, we do recommend you inform us of any delays to your arrival booking@siamlimousine.com or +66 76 390 699. We will try our best to adapt to your schedule, however we cannot guarantee a punctual pick-up and additional costs may apply. If your return flight has changed during your stay please contact the local office to advise them of the change and reconfirm the pick-up time using the numbers on your transfer confirmation.

Siam Limousine regrets that we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a flight delay or missed travel connections resulting from poor weather conditions, state of roads or any other factors beyond our control.

If any of your travel arrangements change after booking please contact us at booking@siamlimousine.com. Should your new hotel be located in a different area there might be an additional charge which can be paid by paypal or directly to the driver.

Siam Limousine will send you the exact pick up time confirmation by email once the booking is completed and paid. If you are staying in an hotel we will send you the day before departure a pick up time fax with all necessary pick up time details.

Siam Limousine cannot be held responsible for any costs incur in making new arrangements to get home without notice to Siam Limousine.

If you have changed hotels or have had any alterations to your flight plans please contact us as soon as possible at booking@siamlimousine.com. Should changes occur less than 72 hours before travelling, we would appreciate a phone call (+66 76 390 699) to make sure we get the message. Especially if a weekend is involved. If you leave any property in one of our transfer vehicles, please contact our office as soon as possible (booking@siamlimousine.com or +66 76 390 699) and we will try to locate the items. Any expenses incurred in recovering and returning your lost property is entirely your responsibility. Siam Limousine regrets that we cannot be held responsible for items which were possibly left in our vehicles but could not be retrieved.

If you need to cancel any booked services please contact us as soon as possible at booking@siamlimousine.com.

Following cancellation fees apply:

  • Bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to primary transfer date are liable for 50% of the booking price as cancellation fee
  • Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to primary transfer date are liable for 100% of booking price as cancellation fee
  • Cancelling your return transfer after your primary transfer also makes you liable for 100% of the booking price as cancellation fee

The cancellation fees only apply if you booked with us directly. If you have booked with a travel agent please contact them for more information.

Please contact us at booking@siamlimousine.com with any complaints you may have. We will do our best to solve any issues and make your transfer experience a pleasant one.

Should the steps taken not resolve your concerns to your satisfaction our post trip complaint procedure is detailed in our terms and conditions. We request where possible that a post trip complaint is submitted within 28 days of your return travel date. Complaints arising from failure to follow our terms and conditions such as not travelling with your transfer confirmation, incorrect information supplied at the point of booking, etc. will not be considered.

In line with our instructions on your transfer confirmation please wait a maximum of 15 minutes past the agreed pick-up time before calling us, as there may be slight delays due to traffic. Don’t worry, we’ve calculated your pick-up time with time to spare. But after 15 minutes, please do call us, so we can still react to get you to the airport in time. If you can’t reach anybody at Siam Limousine (+66 76 390 699 or +66836366116), it is your responsibility to ensure that you make alternative arrangements to get to the airport in good time to check in for your flight. We cannot accept any liability for costs incurred should you miss your flight.

Please ensure that you obtain a receipt for any additional costs incurred in getting to the airport, should you wish to claim a refund. Please then submit these to our Customer Services Department upon your return home for consideration of refund. Please be advised that no refund of any amount can be guaranteed. However if, upon investigation, an error has been found, we will refund the taxi fare in full. Please note that no refund of any costs can be considered without a receipt.

We do not guarantee the specific make or model of the vehicles used will change depending on the destination. All our transfers are operated either by minibus or a taxi within the selected vehicle categories Micro, Standard, Deluxe, Premium and Luxury. You can be assured that we are using licensed, new, clean and well-maintained vehicles at all times.
