If you need to amend or cancel you booking please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Bookings can be amended up tom 72 hours before transfer service. Your transfer joining instructions
On arrival, please collect your luggage and your driver/airport guide will be waiting in the arrival hall. Your transfer driver/airport guide will be holding a signboard with your name on it. Please identify yourself by showing them this confirmation, you will then be escorted to your vehicle.
Phuket Airport (HKT)
International Arrivals: Your driver/guide will wait for you at Exit No. 3 – 4
Domestic Arrivals: Your driver/guide will wait for you at Exit No. 1
Koh Samui Airport (USM)
Your driver/guide will wait for your at the official meeting point. Please proceed to the escalator to get to the meeting point on the second floor (outdoor area).
Don Muang Airport (DMK)
International Arrivals Terminal 1: Your driver/guide will wait for you in front of Gate No. 3. Terminal 1. Floor G.
Domestic Arrivals Terminal 2: Your driver/guide will wait for you at the arrival hall. Close to Airport Information Counter. Terminal 2. Floor G.
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
International Arrivals: Your driver/guide will wait for your between the Exit Gate No. 3 – 4. Once you are at the arrival hall, turn right.
Domestic Arrivals: Your driver/guide will wait for you in front of Exit A. Between the door 3 – 4.
In the event of any delay reaching the arrivals area please send one person from your party to the meeting point as it is vital that you make contact with Siam Limousine within 1 hour of landing. If you have problems locating your driver at the airport please call +66 (0)76 390 699 or +66 (0)83 636 6116 and ask for assistance. Please do not leave the airport without contacting Siam Limousine.
During your stay in Thailand
If you make any changes to your pick-up address or departure flight information, you must contact and inform us at email@example.com, not later than 36 hours prior to your departure, so we can do all the arrangements. Please note, that additional charges may apply to amend your service.
